Education Schools Outreach Work, this work is an essential part of the LIFE Service.The Education officer organise lectures and tutorials and also arrange for the showing of video materials. Contact your local caring centre to arrange a visit to your school.

Counsellors Training Course , each local Caring Officer organises a 6-10 week intensive training course. This is taught by practitioners in the areas of Counselling, Advice and Support. The final assessment is done with the help of the National Caring Officer. If you are interested why not contact your nearest Life Centre for further information.

Public Relations Work ,speakers are available for discussion groups and debates by contacting the national PRO via the office in Dame St.

Literature A full range of counselling and information leaflets are stocked and available free of charge. Contact your nearest centre.

Helpline, we operate an extended telephone helpline service which gives access to our service for the cost of a local call. 1850-281-281. You can also contact any local caring centre and avail of personal and confidential counselling.
Counselling on all your options All counsellors are fully trained women willing to listen to your story in a non-judgmental manner. They have the experience to listen to your story and to help you engage with the answers required. You may drop in at any of our caring centres or make an appointment to see a counsellor. Life's training and counselling methods are approved by the health board.
